Duane Lewis is our representing for XYZ Insurance Company. Previously he provided Medical Indemnity coverage through XYZ insurance company for each of us.
A year ago we filed a claim under this coverage. Initially XYZ insurance company denied this claim. Duane interceded on our behalf and XYZ insurance company reversed their position and paid the claim in full.
